At Em Dress Rentals we offer a successful consignment program for formal and event wear. Simply provide us with your garments & clutches and we will manage the entire rental process on your behalf.

During the consignment period, we take care of everything, including: dry cleaning, booking management, advertisement, postage & returns

You will only be contacted in the event of significant damage. In such cases, repair or replacement costs are covered by the renter where applicable.

Once your garment has been hired by the client, we will pay you via your bank account on a monthly basis. You will receive 50% of the hire price. Hire pricing is set by Em Dress Rentals to ensure consistency across the collection. 

Please note that as garments may be hired multiple times, normal wear and tear is expected. If you have any concerns about this, we are always happy to discuss them prior to onboarding.

All garments must be freshly cleaned prior to drop-off or shipment. If a garment does not meet our presentation standards upon arrival, professional cleaning may be arranged and the cost deducted from future rental earnings.

You may withdraw your garment from consignment at any time, provided there is no upcoming booking. If you require your garment for a personal event, simply let us know and we will reserve it for you.
